Pot Luck Feast after each Gathering

NEW PARKING due to Pat & I moving out of Casa Lamar.

We ask that you park on the Lamar Street and come down the drive way to the back where the Lodge is located. Or park on Hunt Street and come up the alley (Logan St). Please be respectful of the family now living at Casa Lamar. We are lucky to be allowed to keep the Lodge intact.

After we finish we will go over to the new little cottage Pat & I share over on Benge.

It is 2 blocks East and 2 blocks North of Casa Lamar.

Saturday Evenings 4-10p

Come prepared to pray and to care for those who come to pray. 

This is our standard timeline:

We are granted a fire permit from the city and county each time we have a sweat. Our immediate neighbors bring in thier dogs during our time out in the ceremony area so we do try to keep the suggested time lines for our family prayer time.

Evening

3-4 prep for fire

4-5 Set and light Fire

5-6 Talking Circle

6-8 Sweat

8-930 Feast

Clean up: We always leave the area ready for the next ceremony.

- A safe place for Elderlies and Littles. 

- If it is safe for them then it will be safe for me too.  

Always the ones present to pray are the ones

-  to pray then in this way. 

Praying in this way is not the only way to pray it is just a way to pray. You are welcome to come and to participate as much or as little as you choose. Only do what you can do with a good heart.
